1. Athma Prathanai
All should perform this simple prayer daily both in the morning and evening at 6.30.
Get your body and mind relaxed. Sit in the posture keeping your spinal cord straight. Release the deep breathing slowly.

First Stage:
Rise up both of your hands over your head, after joining the hands then place them in Prithivi mudra: Tips of thumb and ring finger are joined. Remaining fingers are extended.
Lord! You are in the shape of the word “Dhath”.
My Lord! You are the grace – in the
Guise of a split of an Atom.
My Lord is Dhath!
You exist in the shape of five elements.
You the merciful God –
Capable of bestowing strength to me.

Direct your deep breath along with Lam sound and thoughts towards the directions of Muladhara chakra –

Second Stage:
Rise up both the hands over your head, after joining the hands then place them in Dhyana mudra: Hands form a cup or bowl. Thumbs touch at the tips.
My Lord! You have provided this body in order to worship you.
My Lord! You have given me this life in order to think of you forever.
My Lord! You have bestowed with the spiritual vision
In order to have consciousness of you.
My Lord! You have enlivened me –
In order to understand you with illumination.
You are the wisdom of sublime light,
Spiritual light of knowledge, Spiritual light of knowledge.

You are the flower of Spiritual Wisdom

Direct your thought towards Hirth chakra

Third Stage
Direct the deep breathing slowly towards Heart Chakra.Rise up both the hands over your head, after joining the hands then place them in Gyan Mudra :Join the tip of forefinger and tip of the thumb.
While I am in sacred rejoiceful mood
Thoughts of freshness tend to spread a new
In my heart and mind.
When I think of the flower of spirituality
The moonlight suns as flood all-overs my inner self.
Since I am in possession of the flower of spirituality!
My face a glow with shyness of smile
In my prayer of kindness, peace has

Fourth Stage
Rise up both the hands over your head, after joining the hands then place them in Atheetha Uttarabodhi mudra: Index fingers touch one another and are extended, pointing toward the skies. Remaining fingers are crossed and folded down. Thumbs are cross or held next to each other. Clasped hands are held over the head. Direct your thoughts between the top of the head below and above the tonsil.

At the centre of the heart
Amidst the glow of body and soul.

Lord! Kindly accept our prayers
And all who perform them as an outcome of good thought.
Lord! We would perform the duties always in
Perfection to get our past deeds dissolved.
Rapturous joy and bliss that provide the spirituality
Blissful joy, joy and joy that is provided by God, the Almighty
